Success So Far
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my results using self hypnosis. I’ve been a part of some groups and heard Ryan present on self hypnosis and toxic shame. Using just his free material (the dive to the five worksheet and the self hypnosis audio), I’ve been able to clear some serious bad programs. Two things I had always suffered with has been anxiety due to stress, and the craving for junk food, especially on weekends. Using the dive to the five, I identified the subconscious programs that were at the core of those problems, and then I listened to the audio one time for each program, and I had amazing results. For the junk food craving, my level of craving went down from a 9 to a 2 on weekends, and from a 3 to a 1 on week days. I basically changed my identity to someone who uses clean fuel, and in the time since I first listened to the audio, I went from 180 lbs down to 160 lbs. This was from the beginning of 2023 to now, and I’m 5’ 11” for reference. Also I think it’s related that I basically stopped drinking alcohol, not much of a drinker usually, but I went from 20+ drinks a year to maybe 2 drinks in the past year. For the stress management it’s harder to quantify, but I just feel like my anxiety during stressful times has gone from a 7 to a 1, so now when stressful things happen I feel so much more in control. Now I’m working on identifying even more bad programs and connecting to the feeling they give me, which has been the hardest part for me to get right. Happy to be a part of the group, and excited to see the results other people get! This stuff really works when you figure out how to do it right!

How were you able to tie the craving of food to a subconscious trauma?

@Gabe C So you started off with the problem "why you overeat" and then came to that conclusion and felt the corresponding feeling before you did the Hypnosis following the Dive to the Five Sheet.
Pain Pleasure Principle
Is it wise to tie pleasure for going after something and pain for not going after something as I'm not sure if this comes under toxic shame. E.g Pleasure - You cultivate a mindset free from judgment, understanding that your authentic self holds immeasurable value Pain - Conforming to external expectations strips away my greatness and leaves me feeling lost dissatisfied
Curious how often everyone is doing the Hypnosis 101 Audio?
I tried doing it daily for a short period, but pivoted to doing it anytime I've felt resistance towards something. For example, I had a lot of resistance launching my client getting facebook ads for my agency the other day (identified it as fear of failure). Launched them, got a few appointments booked (positive reinforcement goes here), and then did it again today when I felt some nervousness/resistance towards taking sales calls. What's your current routine?

There were some points where I did it several times a day for a week, and then I would feel a profound happiness around my heart. But because I hadn't cleared bad subconscious programming, I would feel the bad and good simultaneously around my heart.
Subconscious mind processing negative statements
I'm creating self-hypnosis audios. I've heard that the subconscious doesn't process negative statements. For example, "I don't care about the opinions of others". Is this true?
