The past 2 weeks I have gone on a minimum of 2 hr walks because I have so much free time in this season and God called me to walk with him. To save the long post God’s art is amazing and nothing better than this time I have to spend with him. Thank you God!

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the breath in our body. Thank you for the clothes on our back. Thank you for navigating us through the week. Thank you for mercy. Thank you for grace. Thank you for love. Thank you for our daily bread. Today I ask to be our shield as we navigate our day. Protect us and our families from anything not sent from you. Slow us down in moments when we may get too high or too low. Open our hearts a bit more today. Open our minds a bit more today. Allow for us to forgive our enemies as you have forgiven us in our short comings. Show us how to truly love the right way. Thank you God and we love you in Jesus name we pray Amen! I pray today this prayer reach someone who may be dealing with something in their life that just is too heavy for them to carry by themselves. I also pray this reach someone who is leveling up as I speak. No matter what season we are in we always need prayer and guidance. I love you UOU Family and have a great day!

Today during bible study a brother mentioned as we talked about how we navigate lows that a perspective shift if key for him. That also has helped me through the darkness in my life. So I ask you today what is one way you have or can to shift your perspective on today??
