@Coach Gabriel Sebrian (cc @Coach Marc-Andre Seguin ) I've been practicing the bullseye method relentlessly. Trying to land right on the third when the chord hits, approach from 1 diatonic below, approach from 1,2,3 above, encircle the third from 1 chromatic above / below (Parker style. It sounds a bit tired and predictable on the ear right now. I think mainly because I am always approaching on the same string, and pretty much sticking to the high E and B strings. Any suggestions on easy ways to switch it up to create more musical lines (while still practicing bullseye / targeting thirds / not overcomplicating things) :) Maybe octaves or call / response from the lower strings? Not looking for anything crazy just some simple things I can work in to spice up the sound during practice sessions... Thanks everyone!
