@Teowon Rochelle Baskin It will be the same process as buying a single-family home. VA loan covers 1-4 units residential property. with the stipulation that you must occupancy the property. Locate a four-plex. Run the numbers, make sure rents cover mortgage or that the local rent supports an increase and can be raised to cover it.
