I live in Tempe, AZ with my wife and 4 kids. The goal for this group is to make a positive impact on the industry by telling the unfiltered truth, giving a clear path to victory for those willing to put in the work, and change as many lives for the better as possible!

Hey everyone, Dario here I run the dispo side of the business, based in SoCal San Diego. I've got 10+ years in the game, bought and sold 50+ properties and wholesaled hundreds more Looking to connect with wholesalers here who need help getting deals closed, I work JV/dispo on all asset types (single family, multifamily, land, mobile homes, commercial) and deal structures (cash, creative, subto, seller financing), plus offer transactional funding for double closes. I'm going to start acquiring properties again soon and will out my buy box out there when ready so anyone can send those deals my way Excited to network and hopefully close some deals with people in this group!
