Hi, I'm trying to learn pullups, and i was able to increase it to 4 before hitting a plateau. I tried weighted to improve the rep range. There wasn't a drastic change but as of now, I can do 6 body weight pull-ups, and 3 reps with 5kg plate added. One of the senior gym told me not to do weighted till i hit 10 reps with bodyweight. Should I continue what i am doing or listen to his advice?
