Real Righteousness vs False Righteousness
A lot of people think righteousness is about how you look on the outside. But that’s not what Jesus taught. In fact, one of the main things he confronted was hypocrisy— people who looked righteous, but weren’t transformed on the inside. Because real righteousness isn’t behavior modification. It’s heart transformation. You can follow rules and still be prideful. You can say the right things and still be far from God. You can look disciplined on the outside… and still be struggling internally. That’s the difference between appearance and authenticity. And the danger is— it’s easy to measure yourself by what people can see. But God measures what people can’t see. Your intentions. Your motives. Your heart posture. So this isn’t really about calling other people out. It’s about checking yourself. Because real growth starts when you stop asking: “How do I look?” and start asking: “Who am I becoming?” That’s real righteousness. Not perfection… but transformation over time. Where have you seen this in your own life—focusing more on appearance than actual growth?

Why Most People Struggle With Discipline
Most people think discipline is about motivation. It’s not. From my experience in security and operations, the real issue is lack of structure. No system. No consistency. No clear direction. And when there’s no structure: - you overthink - you fall off - you keep restarting Discipline doesn’t come from motivation. It comes from having something you can actually follow. Let’s make this real: 👉 What’s ONE area of your life where you struggle with consistency right now? Drop it below. I’ll help you break it down into something simple and actionable.

Welcome
First let me say, it’s good to meet you. My name is Darien Davis and I’m creating this community to bring people, perspectives and opportunities together in order to grow into. Now seeing as how I’m just starting out, it’ll be rough but it’s all good. I want this community to inspire others and most importantly I want people to see that even though we may not have all the answers to things, there are answers. If this community does nothing else I want it to change one person’s life. Thank you for taking a look, see you at the top!

Honestly I’ll figure that out along the way. In the meantime, jump in the community and check me out. It’s free now but it will change in the future.
