"Cringe"? Or execution knowing the "map"?
Tolerating temporary embarrassment, for example posting in a community when there are only one or two people interested in 😀is often the cost of consistency and of unapplying yet necessary actions to achieve results 🔦 It is a transitional phase between invisibility and competence. At the beginning, effort is disproportionate to feedback. You show up without validation, and that discomfort is unavoidable. In practice, this stage is not about performance but about conditioning/ training yourself to act without external reinforcement. What looks “cringe” in retrospect is often simply unpolished execution under uncertainty. Eventually 😁 What's your general approach in front of the uncertainty and difficulties? We are here change makers trying to get results of our actions, sometimes pioneering and to contribute to A Better World!💫

For me, uncertainty becomes much lighter when I’m no longer afraid of being seen in the process of becoming. There’s something deeply releasing about allowing myself to be visible as a work in progress...unfinished, imperfect. When I stop hiding the “behind the scenes,” effort feels less like exposure and more like participation. What some may label as “cringe” is often just honesty in motion: showing up before the edges are smooth, before outcomes are guaranteed. I see this phase as a necessary space where courage, consistency, and identity are trained...and no rush is required. Being okay with that visibility changes everything. It turns uncertainty into creative ground rather than resistance. And from there, real impact becomes possible, not despite the process, but because of it.
The Wonders of The Nature and Climate Change: The Bees
Bees are Sustainable, Wonder, Give us extremely healthy and nutritive products and learn us Sustainability and more reasons to love and to protect the The Nature. Do you know that Bees make the best use of the space they have, building a lightweight but strong honeycomb with the least amount of wax and storing the most honey in the space available? The marvel components of the honey and all the other products; the perfect sync and organization that they have in normal conditions; It is one of the miracle of the Nature and pure Sustainability! They build their honeycombs from wax secreted by glands located on the underside of their abdomens; the honeycomb shape is pure sustainability and pure mathematics; the honey is pure chemistry; etc Climate Change severely impacts bees through habitat loss, because flowers blooming out of sync with bee activity. Rising temperatures disrupt bee body regulation, while unpredictable seasons reduce pollen/nectar quality and availability that generate bee decline. 75% of the world’s flowering plants depend on animal pollinators, and a significant portion of these pollinators is made up of bees. Without bees, many of the foods we enjoy and the plants that provide habitat for wildlife would be at risk. What can we do especially to protect and save the Bees, beside to tackle Climate Change negative aspects? What example of the Wonder of Nature impresses you in a special way?

Bees are one of the most inspiring examples of how intelligence, efficiency, and harmony can exist without excess. To protect bees, we can plant native flowers, avoid pesticides, support organic farming, and protect natural habitats. Even small actions can create safe spaces for them to thrive. A product designer can create bee-friendly solutions such as pollinator habitats, urban beehives, seed-bomb kits, or garden products designed specifically for native plants. What impresses me most is how such a small creature sustains entire ecosystems. Bees remind us that caring for nature is not optional...it is essential, and it starts with respect.

As a designer, I shape the environment people live in, so it naturally encourages sustainable habits in their everyday life - for today and for their future selves.
About Corporate Sustainability Report
A good Corporate Sustainability Reporting means the capacity to communicate the company's financial results and the company's sustainability actions, over a short time but also considering a long period of time. The Sustainability Report must emanate 3 very important things in order to turn out the future stakeholders, and these 3 things are: vision of leadership, key elements of business success and best practices. What do you think about Corporate Sustainability Reports, are they "just boring"? Are they made for "just to be compliant" or they have an important role in society and why?

Good sustainability reporting can be seen as a strategy. When it clearly links long-term vision, responsible practices, and business performance, it builds trust, guides decisions, and shows how a company earns its place in the future.
The food sector needs strong Sustainability approach
I recently read that at COP30 this year ( COP is the largest global United Nations annually event on Climate Change) the food system will be at the top of discussion because it accounts almost 30% of global carbon emissions; mathematical, is a very big procent; and have to mention that carbon emissions are considered the major driver of Climate Change negative effects, causing global warming; Is it possible that the way we manage food sector, production, trading, processing, transport, waste, to have a such a big negative impact on the global climate crisis? What's your opinion?

Design can play a big role in reducing the food system’s climate impact. For example, designers are creating biomaterials made from food waste, like packaging from banana peels, coffee grounds, or seaweed, which replace plastics and reduce waste. Design thinking also helps reimagine supply chains, extend product life cycles, and encourage circular systems where nothing is wasted. In short, smart design can turn food waste and emissions into sustainable solutions.

@Richard Knight Coco-coir excellent for sound absorption, so it appears in sustainable interior wall panels. Also, pressed coir boards is a renewable alternative to plywood or MDF
