Hello everyone I'm Danny , I'm a Nascar fire Captain that works in law enforcement. As well as real-estate investor/developer/Realtor in the la area. Over 25 doors in the last 6 years. All in San Fernando valley. I work with assumable loans so i am a able to get the property at low rates as low as 2.5% apr and then build adu's . I am a big cashflow guy.
