@James Brave man I found this with a quick Google search. It's correct (and in the key this song is most often played in). There are a few dotted eighth sixteenth rhythms I might change to just eighth notes, but it will sound right either way.

@James Brave man Thanks! I'll take a look
Instrument change?
Iโ€™m considering switching from trombone to euphonium next year, Iโ€™m familiar with the valve combinations but Iโ€™m worried that my tone wonโ€™t be as consistent. Any opinions on if changing instruments is necessarily difficult would help.

I don't think changing from trombone to euphonium would be so difficult, especially if you're able to use the same mouthpiece or a very similar one. Tone production actually usually feels easier on euphonium, since the shape of the tubing is not as open as trombone so there's more resistance/back pressure, and it's like the feedback you're getting from the instrument is more immediate, and more present, if that makes sense. If you have access to one, even just once in a while, I think it would be a great idea to start playing on it as soon as you can. You'll probably build up enough confidence to feel like it's no big deal by next year (or alternatively you might decide for some reason that it's not for you).
Unexpected change of speed
Uhm, I found out that in the performance the pieces are faster than I practiced, oh my.

Oh no! Yes that can happen, sorry it sounds like you learned the hard way. I guess the hard lesson is to always be prepared for that in the future. Also, a great teacher (Jiggs Whigham) once gave me the advice that, if you happen to be leading your own group, take about 10% off the tempo you're about to count off, since the adrenaline from performing makes us start to count tempos off faster than we normally would.
