Nothing short of life changing. Opening up the spine in the way Ilana teaches has been the missing key for me. I've done a lot of fascia work over the years, I grew up as a multi discipline dancer including ballet. My first language has always really been the body. But over the years I have gotten more into my mind. Seeking to fix things in a mental pursuit- which left me disconnected from my body and femininity. 
Coming into this work feels like coming HOME💕
