Is Your To Do List Overwhelming?
If so you have to watch Tonia Stoney prerecorded session and grab her Freebie. The session is called 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁. This is great if you do not already have a system to figure out what you top priority should be on your long list. The presentation is step by step telling you what to put in your AI. Then using her free tool you come up with your top priority of the day. I did just the ChatGPT portion and did a brain dump of everything work, business, personal, including packing for my trip that I need to get done before I leave early in the morning. I ended up with a daily check list for each day between now and when I leave. I know this isn't exactly what she was showing but it has helped me in a big way to know what I need to do first and that some of the things can wait until I get back. Bonus tip, it told me if new things pop up (ideas) have new list for after vacation and to come back to prioritize again. Maybe it is just me but I had never really thought of doing a complete brain dump of everything in my life that needed to be done and letting AI help me sort it out. Am I the only one?

Thank you for sharing.. I often times feel a little overwhelmed and need to prioritize.
Your head is not a grocery list 🛒
It's Thursday, October 1st, the first day of a new month, and your head is probably already full. Think about the last time you walked into the grocery store without a list. You had it all figured out in the car. Then you got inside, grabbed what caught your eye, and came home without the one thing you went there for. Your head does the same thing with your business. It is great at coming up with ideas. It is not built to hold onto them. So the follow-up email, the post you meant to write, the call you meant to return, they slip out. Usually the one that mattered most. That is not you being unfocused. It is too much to store in one place. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘅. Write down what you want done today. Not the whole month. Just today. One to three things. Once it's on paper, your brain can stop guarding it. 𝗦𝗼 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴? 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲.

POLL: Which Business Owner Are You? 👀
I know I’m not the right person for every entrepreneur. But there are a few types of women I know exactly how to help. Which sounds most like you? A: The Overworked Expert You’re great at what you do. You have clients. You make money. You get results. But too much of the business still depends on you. More clients = more calls, more delivery, more hours. You want to grow without adding more work. B: The Under-Monetized Community Owner You’ve built an audience or community. People are joining. They’re engaging. They trust you. But you know you’re not making enough money from the audience you already have. You need a clearer path from free → paid. C: The Unpredictable Entrepreneur You can make money. The problem is doing it consistently. One month is great. The next isn't. You’re tired of constantly needing another launch, another client or another burst of content to hit your numbers. You want more predictable recurring revenue. D: The Ready-to-Scale Business Owner Your business works. You have expertise, proof and paying clients. Now you want to build toward consistent $10K+ months without creating a bigger, busier business. You’re ready for a simpler model. VOTE: Which one are you?

I'm BCD
I stepped away from social media for 5 months and built a $10K/month business
I used to be running high-ticket masterminds, done-for-you services, and fractional COO work for $80M+ companies, trying to pivot into a community business model. It sucked because I was working long hours, spending money on gurus for quick fixes, and constantly shifting my offers and pricing. None of it was working. I was terrified to raise my prices, and I was working more to receive less. But then I realized I could build an engaged community just by hosting summits on Skool, one that members naturally return to and ascend into paid tiers from. Which led me to delivering 6 summits in 9 months, growing my business from $400 MRR to consistent $10K, $15K, and $20K months, and building freemium communities with 13,000+ members while working 20-25 hours a week. Want to know how I did it? Comment YES and I'll send you the details. PS - I did this instead of being on social media ⬇️
