My youngest turned up, switched on and didn’t drop off in energy levels, today. Club mixed up the under 9s and under 10s for internal matches so good level of challenge. 👍⚽️ Eldest’s opposition team cancelled 15 minutes before kick off so no game time for him 👎

Hi, just joined and looking forward to getting lots of helpful tips for fuelling my son who plays at under 9s 8-9 hours a week. I prepped this for him pre match today but not sure whether I should lose the Nutella and just keep the plain pancakes? Heading to his match in 2 hours. Thanks.

I’ve got my eldest on porridge with honey and apples for a pre match breakfast this morning. He plays under 12s football 4-5 hours per week. His match is in 3 hours today.
