A Real Life Check In
I looked today and realized it's been almost two weeks since I've posted inside this community. Not because I forgot about you. Not because this community isn't important. Life has simply been full. Between serving massage clients, parenting, building Kashmir Hands Academy, and trying to practice what I teach about nervous system regulation and self-care, the days move quickly. And honestly, I think that's a lesson in itself. Sometimes growth doesn't look like doing more. Sometimes growth looks like learning how to carry your responsibilities without abandoning yourself in the process. So I'd love to hear from you! What has life been teaching you lately? What's one challenge you're navigating right now? And what's one thing you're doing well that you're not giving yourself enough credit for? I'm looking forward to reconnecting with everyone. 🌿

Memorial Day Reflection: What Are You Carrying Today?
Today we honor those who gave their lives in service. And for many people holidays like this can bring up more than gratitude. They can bring grief. Loneliness. Stress. Family tension. Financial pressure. Memories. Or simply exhaustion from trying to “hold it all together.” So today inside this community, I want to invite you to slow down for a moment. 🌿 Take one deep breath. Then ask yourself: What does my nervous system actually need today? Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s sunlight. Maybe it’s boundaries. Maybe it’s prayer. Maybe it’s getting off your phone for a little while. Maybe it’s allowing yourself to feel without guilt. You do not have to perform strength every second of the day. Real resilience is knowing how to return to yourself gently. @Dina Giugliano Ohh okayyy!!! That can be sooo stressful!! I feel you on that totally. I've had them for quite a few years. When I noticed the lower part of my belly should not feel hard, weird... just not normal. Anyway, they didn't show concern.. as I did a COMPLETE exam of lower femal anatomy. I mean they covered everything. No signs of anything else. So I am doing what I've researched. Castor Oil, Dim supplement, Wild yam cream. I believe they do wayy down when in menopause. Hopefully!!!🙏

Have you been triggered?
For those of you who look like you’re holding it together but feel alone underneath 🩷 A huge reason I created this community is because I had to dig deep by myself. I moved away from my home state, my family, my friends, and a career that was starting to thrive and found myself in a situation that felt unbearable. I moved because I saw opportunity and we can go deeper in time. I had two choices: Trust a higher power or go down a slippery slope. I chose faith. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to understanding the power of prayer, the mind, and embodied self-care learning how to regulate, ground, and keep going even when it’s hard. There are still moments where I face mistreatment and things I cannot control. It hurts. But I persevere. Because I know this work matters. And I know no one is meant to do life alone. That’s why this space exists as a living room for you to land in. A place where you can: • Be seen • Feel safe • Share without judgment • Grow at your own pace Because at the end of the day, It takes a village 🤍 And you don’t have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
