One of my truths is that since my injury, I do not have the same focus as before which effects my workloads. So I have to accept that and be patient with my process. Most wounds heal with time, and that’s what I need to give myself. So I just need to set a new standard for my current season and do my best in that.

He ladies it’s been a while! There has been so many changes in my world constantly! But I had my first speaking engagement last week and it was so healing and freeing! It gave me so much confidence to be able to continue on my wellness journey!
