Hey all! Just checking in to see if anyone else is doing their cleanse over the weekend Friday/Saturday/Sunday? I’m getting all my shopping done today and juicing tomorrow. I’ve enjoyed being able to watch you guys during the process this week, cudos to you all for going strong and doing something powerful for yourself! In preparation I’ve been eating super clean (no refined sugars, oils or heavy starches), drinking my tea & chlorophyll and limiting my caloric intake. Stepped on the scale this morning and I am 10lbs down after 1 week! Excited to start juicing and catch up to you all. I’d love to share some of the healthy recipes I’ve been eating all week with you but didn’t want to be insensitive and post food while you all were cleansing.
