I found that what works for me is to make sure I have had good preparation and practice before I present... And I actually practice with interruptions and other things that can cause me to lose my spot So that I am not taken by surprise and I know how to recover I think of it like building a muscle ....the more you exercise at the bigger gets and the stronger the recovery rate is
