As I told in other posts or comments earlier, I felt stuck in growing my community, especially on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and then mostly getting people into my Skool community from these platforms is a challenge, at least doing it organically. And through the free training, I discovered that my bottleneck is is probably my messaging. I did have a target persona, but I still think my content was targeting too broadly, too vaguely. Now, with the AI training, I came to a core message which I will deliver with. Next to that, in all honesty, I was a little bit avoiding the uncomfortable work, so the outreach to to my contact list, etc... So together with Claude, I came to the following conclusion: 1. We have written a core message or handle, and I will use this to create all my content around this pillar. 2. Next week, I'm going to outreach to 15 persons: 5 personal acquaintances in my WhatsApp list, 5 people through Instagram, and 5 people through forums where I can find potential clients. 3. And for the people who don't convert into joining my community, I have to ask them what made them decide not to join. This outreach thing is going to be a little bit uncomfortable, but that is where the growth happens, right? 🙂 And for the content, I think it needs some time. I cannot create one post and say, "Ah, this is not working." I will keep you updated over time on any progress. 💪
