START HERE: What are you learning right now?
Welcome to Centaurian Thinking. What are you learning right now? It doesn't have to be impressive or long-running — something you started this week counts. Big, small, practical, ridiculous, all of it. Tell us who you are while you're at it. A sentence or two is plenty. I'll go first — I'm Daniel, I run audience here. Right now I'm learning how to build a slide deck, which I'd somehow avoided my entire career until about four days ago. Drop yours below. You'll probably find someone chasing the same thing. Then head to Classroom. Start with The Learning Codex — that's the system. The Free Roll comes next: seven days, fifteen minutes a day, putting the tools to work.

@Joey Monaco Welcome Joey! Going back in to edit the code yourself is a big move, most people just live with whatever the build team hands back. Really glad you’re here.

@Hasan Kubba Welcome Hasan. That’s a big one to walk in with, and it sent me straight to Fischer Random Chess (Chess960). Fischer randomized the back rank specifically to kill memorized openings and force players to invent from move one. Same pieces, same board, and suddenly all that chunked preparation stops carrying you. Might be the closest chess gets to the problem you’re pointing at. My version of this comes from performance. The actors who can inhabit anything aren’t the ones with the deepest bag of technique, they’re the ones who know themselves well enough to bring that into any role. I studied clown, which might be the purest case, since there’s no character to hide behind, just whatever you actually are turned up. What transfers isn’t a pattern library. It’s self-knowledge. So maybe the no-right-answer fields don’t reward chunking so much as knowing exactly what you bring. Would love to hear where you’ve landed on it.
Rare opportunity
It is so cool to be one of the first folks to try this stuff out.

This totally made my day. You really are early, there’s a lot we’re still building. Couple more modules coming soon too. So since you got here first, what would you most want us to build next?

@Dave Fitzgerald You’re right, and it’s the part that bugs me too. Skool’s leaderboard runs on likes received and we can’t change how it scores. We’re here as an MVP while we work toward building our own, and points for streaks instead of applause is exactly what we’d want in that version. The rest of the design already agrees with you. The Free Roll keeps five of its seven days private, because for most people the barrier isn’t being wrong, it’s being seen. Rewarding visibility over reps would undercut the whole thing.
Doing the Unstuck
The only reason Ai should be scary is if you feel stuck. It is easy to feel stuck without an intentional movement protocol.

“Intentional movement protocol” is a good phrase for it. Scott wrote the long version of this one up, I think you’ll see a lot of your own thinking in it: https://no-brain-no-gain.scottydub.chatgpt.site/
Behind the Scenes: Building the last learning tool you will ever need.
We are launching a Kickstarter 9.22.26, here is some BTS footage of a brainstorming session. Let us know if you have any questions! This Kickstarter is 30 years in the making!

@Dave Fitzgerald 💯 That’s the whole bet. A specific skill has a shelf life, the ability to pick up the next one doesn’t.

@Aisha Banks Tools you can point at anything. You bring the subject, we bring the system. Which is the fun part right now, because none of this is finished. Bring the curiosity and the wild ideas, try something, tell us what surprised you and where you got stuck. People using this stuff is what shapes it. Really glad you’re in this early, Aisha.
