Hey everyone, I'm Aaliya Khalil, a Cybersecurity graduate with a passion to contribute to defending the digital space, especially in FinTech. The biggest insight I gained from the Global Early Careers 7-Day Career Launch Challenge was that clarity creates momentum. Once my goals were clearly defined, staying consistent became much easier and manageable. During this challenge, I strengthened the habit of showing up daily with discipline; reflecting, learning, and taking small but intentional actions. My motivation comes from the desire to protect digital and financial systems while continuously developing my technical and professional skills in Cybersecurity. I have completed the Global Early Careers 7-Day Career Launch Challenge, and I'm ready to take my career to the next level! Bonus Challenge: From Day 1 to Day 7✨ This 7-day challenge pushed me to pause, reflect, and get clear about what I want moving forward. I stepped slightly out of my comfort zone, showed up daily, and stayed consistent with small but meaningful actions. One of my biggest learnings was how powerful mindset and discipline really are. Even simple habits such as reflection, sharing thoughts, and taking action can slowly build confidence and clarity. By the end of the week, I felt more focused, motivated, and aligned with my interest in cybersecurity within the FinTech space. Time to become a FinTech expert by the time I reach Dubai! Is it crazy to say the death of traditional high street banks could happen? The growth of digital banks can’t be understated, I don’t think I’ve been to a traditional bank in over a year, everything I need is online now. And with the evolution of artificial intelligence we may not even need people to help us with our money queries anymore.
