I spent my summer researching novel integrations of minimax algorithms into an existing MCTS algorithm. Among other things, I started developing the idea of a study hub that combines community-style learning with AI-powered learning systems. I want to gather ideas for features that students would like to include and offer an opportunity to anyone interested in participating in the development of the web app. Think Reddit + Duolingo + Khan Academy + Quizlet. I know it's a pretty big task when you think about it, but it can be done. Do you guys have any tips for how to remain motivated on extracurriculars, especially when school gets busy or you have other commitments? I find it hard to prioritize my extracurriculars and even harder to get the motivation to begin work on them, as I don't have too much direction with them.
