Gratitude isn’t something we wait to feel. It’s something we practice. Being grateful doesn’t mean everything is good. It means we choose to see what is working, even while we’re growing through challenge. Gratitude keeps us balanced. It keeps us present. It reminds us that every lesson—pleasant or uncomfortable—has value. When we walk a spiritual path, it’s easy to chase experiences, insights, or abilities. Gratitude pulls us back into relationship with what we already have: our breath, our body, our awareness, and the people walking beside us. I am grateful for each of you for being here.
