If we’re in a simulation, does it even matter?
Physicists say quantum particles don’t “render” until someone observes them, like a video game only loading what the player looks at. The speed of light could just be a processing limit. The Planck length looks like a pixel size. But here’s my question: if you found out tomorrow this is a simulation, would you actually live any differently? Or does it not even matter?

I can’t write a good essay without Ai
I am able to verbally express my ideas and points well but I can’t write an academic essay very well. I have no plans of going into a job where I need to be able to write academically. Is this an issue I should fix or just continue to use Ai as a handy cap? Is the introduction of AI equal to when people said that books (the ability to write things down) will ruin people’s memory and make them dumb?

how to enlarge my social circle
my current social circle is pretty ass, i just realized that i kinda hang out with losers and just waste my time with them, how to get quality people that will push me forward and share the same goals, and how to generally have more quality people around me

Put yourself in situations to meet new people. Not everyone you’re going to meet you’re gonna like. But the ones you do mess with grab their contact and make plans with them. Eventually you can introduce people with each other and create a friend group that shares the same goals. Plus people you meet are going to introduce you to their friends which further increases your social circle. In summary go outside and meet new people
How to change
I want to change, I want to stop consuming mindless content every day on repeat and actually go and chase my goals, experience life not through a screen but by actually being there and every time I try to change I just go back to my baseline watching YouTube/shorts or playing video games. And the annoying thing is that when I go out and do something that I enjoy I don't do it again even tho I know I like doing it. If you have any tips on how I could make myself change to better fit my goals then please write them and thank you for reading

I struggle with the same thing and have been trying to figure it out too. I’m coming to the conclusion that bad habits aren’t actually what’s holding you back, a lack of purpose is. Find something you’re genuinely interested in and just work on it. It doesn’t have to be some grandiose thing. In one of Rambo’s videos he talks about identifying 3 things in your life that you’re genuinely interested in and just choosing 1. Once you lock in on that purpose, stopping the bad habits like scrolling and video games comes naturally, or at least way easier.
