Hey, BBs! I hope this finds you all doing well. It has been almost a week since I last posted in the 'From Beyond the Arc' series, and there are valid reasons for that. The sick bug has been going around, and while I haven't caught the crud (yet), my entire family has been under the weather, so my time has mainly been focused on them and getting them back to health. Family comes first! Now that they're on the mend I have a little bit of time to make a post for you all, so let's get into it. The last set of NBA parlays I posted back on the 9th went a putrid 1-9; however, we only lost a little over 4.3 units ($43.30) out of 10.5 ($105), so it wasn't a complete loss. It just goes to show you that all we need to hit is 30-45% of these parlays to make a decent profit. For the year (really only four days as that's when we started tracking these numbers), out of 40 units played ($400) we're only down $20.89. That's pretty much breaking even, and while that isn't what we're striving for because we always want to be in the plus, I would consider that a small victory. I would like to be right around the +$160 mark ($40 a day at $10 unit), and I know we'll get there through patience, much studying, and Betting Bettr! There's always the "if" factor, but if Jokic would have posted 5 more points to get to 25, and Barret would have rebounded one more to get to six, those two things would have cashed us nearly $500 for a big W. My goal when football season started was to make my Christmas money. It wasn't going well, until I found BettrNation.
