The Only 4 Reason Your Funnel Isn't Making Money
I've looked at dozens and dozens of sales funnels over the years and every single time, the problem is one of these 4 constraints. 1: Traffic - You aren't getting enough qualified people into your funnel. The Fix? Increase the volume of your ads and cycle out the under-performers every week 2: Conversion - You aren't getting enough of those people to say yes to your offer. The Fix? Run split tests on your pages to slowly work your conversion metrics up 3: Pricing - You don't make enough money to offset the price of getting the customer. The Fix? Introduce upsells and downsells to your funnel to increase how much each customer spends 4: Continuity - They only buy once, so you start every month at $0. The Fix? Turn your one-time-offer into a service that they pay for every month. By just doing these 4 tactics, your funnel will get more leads, get more of them to say yes, finally turn a profit, and pay you every month like clockwork. Steal If Useful 🙏

@Rebecca Francis Challenge funnels are best used when you have a clear result that you can get someone during the duration of the challenge. Think "Lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks" or "Get your first 5 figure customer in 30 days". The secret is that when you completely solve one problem, it usually introduces the next. If someone just lost 20 pounds, they likely want to lose much more; so they continue to pay. If I get someone their first customer, they probably wanna learn how to get more; so they continue to pay. For challenges to work, they need 1. A clear outcome (a problem to solve) 2. A new problem that appears upon solving the first one 3. An offer to make at the end that solves that new problem.
