Help managing Leads. I am starting out and don't know.
I would like to know, what percentage of "Inbound Leads" am I supposed to close on the first call. What percentage closes on the second approach (how long do they take to close?), after how long I should deactivate the lead? . just some data to understand how I am doing. I use Google LSA and Meta Ads (instagram and Facebook)

Please help, I am "starting out" and I have a problem on my business:
"How to keep service providers available?" If the service providers don't get a job every day, they will leave and If I Buy too many leads my clients will overlap and my lead cost will increase dramatically. How can I manage that Gap between providers availability and clients scheduling?? Specially starting out. Any good recommendations? Thanks!

@Dave Alexander Thanks Dave! that is really helpful, I will try doing that. Do you think its a good idea to "bounce" the clients in which I cannot provide a cleaner, to a different company, therefore not "letting my client down'?? At least At the beginning? What percentage of clients are flexible with scheduling, and which ones are not?
