Hey guys, I know this is an aspect that is vital to a project and scope & honestly something I struggle with a bit. It’s not deciding on tech stacks & technical tools, but it’s the foundation work that I find frustrating to get right. Claude’s memory, way of working, acting as my business partner etc. it feels like different project work in different ways. Currently starting on an InHouse system for a logistics company and trying to lay down the right foundations. Using Nate’s WAT framework as the base and adding as I go. Any suggestions on cool scripts, things I can use as a base? Much appreciated❤️
