Has anyone tried to do 75 hard on a carnivore diet?

Soon as i wake up I chug a cup water with pink salt in it. Do that when you first wake up instead of coffee and it helps a LOT

The diet recommended in the starter pack is a caloric deficit. I would be Too hungry. Can one eat more? I have been eating all the correct foods when hungry. But not portion controlling

I’ve started the carnivore diet just a short week ago. For what i am experiencing now i love it! The only thing that bothers me is no matter how i clean my kitchen… my full home keeps on smelling like beef ( which i like) but not comfortable for any guests comint over. Doors and windows open to ventilate , it won’t change a thing. Any advice ? Share me your favorite recipe aswell 🐮
