I just finished this project. It’s my second painting project with my own business. I cleaned it with Krud Kutter and then sanded it with 80 grit sand paper. I then Primed it and sprayed it with Super Paint flat. I originally planned on brushing and rolling it but because of the tongue and groove board it was taking forever to brush in between all of them. I switched to a Graco Sprayer and I was really happy with how it turned out! I definitely could have tarped off better but I’ll know for next time.

Here is a question. How do y’all paint near windows? 1: Paint onto the window and then scrape? 2: Use the liquid film then peel that off? 3: Tape? 4: ?????? I don’t know if you have done a video or talked about it. Thanks.

Any thoughts on prep, products, man hours? The blue and light blue seem to be oil based whereas the red is not. The building footprint is 80’x26’. All the wood is quite textured. Thanks!

Great pod this week guys! My first job I bid $360 for 12 of those commercial steel door frames. That price included paint and taxes 😣. Luckily it was my church so I did not feel to bad about making nothing haha.

What would you use to paint the interior of a garage - bare drywall, walls, ceilings and the little concrete foundation wall? My SW rep recommended Duration or Emerald exterior (no primer) for the walls and ceiling. For the concrete foundation wall the same products were recommended, but just use Loxon primer first.
