Never Forget
Never forget the men and women who stood beside you when life got hard. Never forget the people who walked away. Never forget the people who hurt you. But above all… Never forget the man in the mirror. Some of my greatest lessons didn’t come from success. They came from mistakes, disappointments, and difficult seasons. Those seasons taught me gratitude. They taught me discernment. And they taught me accountability. Brothers, don’t allow difficult times to make you bitter. Allow them to make you better. Strength. Purpose. Legacy.

Absolutely…
I’m going to be honest with you guys
The last couple of weeks have been tough. Business pressure. Work pressure.Family responsibilities. Life stacking up faster than I could process it. And if I’m being real, I’ve let some things slide. My cardio disappeared. My gym routine became inconsistent. Even my cold plunges stopped. For me, cold plunging isn’t about being hardcore. It’s about mental clarity. It’s one of the things that helps me reset and stay centered. It also helps with the arthritis that likes to remind me I’m not getting any younger. This morning, I looked in the mirror and realized something: Nobody is coming to save me. Not from the stress. Not from the pressure. Not from the excuses. So I got in the cold plunge. Then I headed to the gym. I’m pushing harder today than I have in weeks. Not because I felt motivated. Because I needed to. As I worked through the discomfort, I started getting clarity back. I started seeing where I’ve been slipping. I started seeing where I’ve been making excuses. And I was reminded of something we talk about inside Rebel Wealth all the time: You cannot lead others where you are unwilling to go yourself. If I’m going to build this movement, I need to be the walking billboard for the message. Not perfect. But committed. Committed to God.Committed to my wife.Committed to my family.Committed to my health.Committed to my purpose. The mirror doesn’t lie. When I look at it, there’s only one man responsible for where I am today. And there’s only one man responsible for where I go next. If you’ve been feeling off lately, don’t beat yourself up. Just get back to the fundamentals. One prayer. One workout. One cold plunge. One conversation. One day at a time. Now your turn: What’s one habit you’ve been neglecting that you need to recommit to this week?

So are you saying that you’re not normally honest with us? Lol
Do Right, Die with Honor
In the SPECOPS Communities, every thing we do has a Hint of Danger… Real World Operations or Training Evolutions.. It doesn’t matter, either the job is dangerous or our mode of transportation is… So, you know, every moment might be your last… Which should make you want to be in good terms with your belief system, in case it is… I tried my best to live by the motto… “Do Right, Die with Honor” No one’s perfect & we all F@ck Up! That’s why every religion has their form of repentance, to help right the ship… If there was no way to recover from your mistakes, the world would be total chaos… Life is about… Making More Good than Bad Decisions, on a Consistent Basis… To me, that starts with taking ownership of your Physical & Mental Health… Shitty decisions in those realms, carries on to other aspects of your life.. You can’t lead others, if you can’t lead yourself… Rant over… Stop making excuses & start finding reasons! Death comes for all of us… However, your choices play a role in how fast it comes for you… GFGI
Do Right, Die with Honor
Don’t die with regret…
When I was going against an Improvised Explosive Device “IED” or any other dangerous situation, I based my actions on a few things… Here’s 1 of them… If this goes bad, can I live with this? The worst feeling in the world, to me, would be creating a situation where someone lost their life… or… received a life altering injury due to my decisions or actions… Throughout my career, I never worried about what other people were doing…or… what people would think… I concentrated on doing what I felt was the right thing to do, under the circumstances, especially, knowing that I would have to look at myself in the mirror every day… This made tough decisions, easy.. If you’re making decisions or taking actions based on other people’s opinions, you’re doing yourself a disservice… Because… You have to live with the consequences of your actions & those people live with theirs, not yours… Sure maybe your decision might impact them in some aspect… & it might prevent you from being ridiculed in the moment, but let’s be honest…. People will criticize you regardless… Every decision you make, people either agree or disagree, you can never satisfy everyone all the time… it’s impossible! So, you might as well do what feels right to you… Instead of making decisions based on fear of being judged… Not saying that you don’t factor in advice from others, but the decision is yours to own.. If you’re making decisions that align with your morals, values & are ethical, in your opinion.. It frees you up to live the life you want, instead of someone else’s.. Everyone is built different… So, Do U… or Die with Regret! Rant over… GFGI
