Hi Everyone, my name is Daniel. I am from Toronto, Canada and I am new to the dispatching business. I have several years of experience owning outbound call centres doing sales. One of my co workers found a bunch of couriers and convinced me to start a dispatching business so I am trying it. I'm also documenting everything day by day on youtube. Looking forward to meeting you all
@Amine Salhi Thank you Amine! Linkedin Jobs has been a good source for finding candidates for me. The dispatching industry is big in Pakistan so it won't be hard to find people. I do give them a script to follow and do training with them that's really important.
@William Ford Hey William, Toronto is pretty good for entertainment. Really diverse culture here. Overall environment is ok. If you can make good money online it's not a bad place to live. Cost of living is high and jobs don't pay what you need to survive here.
everyone I know its days you want to give up don't bc I just got a company to dispatch for and im nervous bc I don't have all my ducks in the row just finished the free school don't have a phone number I don't really have anything but knowledge so only thing is messing me up is money so can I get some advice they have 50 employees I don't even know if they real or a scam so plz help with some advice bc right now I feel I'm going to lose them if I don't bite now
You can get a phone number easily from VOIPs like Dialpad, Open Phone, Ring Central for around $20 per month. I recommend googling the company name and see if you can find the LLC owner, check the BBB, google reviews, linkedin.
