Dad-couragements
Guys, I wanted to encourage y'all to post here about some Dad Wins y'all have had. Whether it's a struggling season y'all have gotten over, disciplinary successes y'all have seen with your kiddos, loving moments, weekly rhythms or routines y'all have enjoyed, etc. We need encouragement as fathers. We aren't an island. Every time I get together with a dad, there's always a discussion of something crazy their kid is doing, or tough times at bedtime, or issues that they just don't know how to handle. Let's encourage each other here. That is the whole reason I created this page.

Every time my daughter whispers “Dad I love you,” and every time my son smiles when i enter a room is a win. Don’t get lost in the big picture. There are small moments every day that make getting g out of bed so, so worth it.
Day 4
I have a paper due tonight that I need to complete, so I'm going to hop to that, but I did want to know if y'all wanted to try and do a Group Call sometime? I know the hardest part would be trying to find a time/day that works best, so I'll just let y'all respond with some thoughts around that. For me, I'm flexible. Middle of the day, some days would work for me, maybe an evening around 8:30. I could also do early morning around 5:45. I pray you're all doing well in this challenge. That the temptation is low or not there. That you are finding new elements to your life because you've put your phone down. I noticed I am more relaxed throughout the day. And it's easier to do things I don't really want to do. Really because there's no other option.

I’m open. During the day or early morning would work best. Next week my evenings will be co-opted by rehearsals for the play I’m in.
December Challenge!
What's up, dudes?! I want to do a personal challenge in December to get off social media for the month, except for this Skool Community, and focus on family, advent, prayer, and personal growth and reflection. I want to invite y'all into this, as well.⚡ I'm still planning out the details, but essentially it would be deleting Instagram, Facebook, X, etc. off your phone for the month, and return here daily for scripture reading, discussion, workouts, and weekly Zoom calls to get together and discuss what we're up to. It also will give plenty of accountability as we look to workout daily with a rest day on Sundays. So if you are looking to: - Slow down during the holidays - Reduce your dopamine addiction - Develop a consistent workout routine - Keep the holiday weight off - Grow deeper in community with like-minded men - Connect with your family during this special season - Develop a sense of reflection on the scriptures and your life - Have accountability in all of it Just comment below if you're in and invite other guys who you think could benefit from this to the Skool.👍 Let's grow in faith, fitness, and family this December while cultivate a contemplative and reflective life of slowing and intention. Hugs and High Fives, Ryan
