So this is a free kick save I made for my old team against my current team. Although we lost that day l. I think this was the moment the team realised they wanted to sign me. You can see them clapping after my save

Advice needed
What do you do when you talk or call for the ball but your defense doesn't listen? Even when setting up a wall the field players struggle to listen to him telling them to move. He is doing well communicating and even the parents say the team doesn't listen and they need too. They have been playing together for about 4 month.

Especially in a dead ball situation when trying to organize. If they are not responding to your commands, repeat yourself but louder, deeper and authoritative. Get louder and louder until they do it. Try not to come off as asking or put off by it. Just loud and commanding.
