Hey, do any of you have some knowledge to pass to me about getting calmer, I get ragged a lot and really quickly when talking to people, I expect them to understand me when I say something the first time and I get enragged when they say that they don't get my point, do you have any tips for me to not act that emotional and get easier and calmer, like play it cool?
