About to close my biggest deal so far ($100k+)
Just a couple months ago, I had $0 in the bank, $0 coming in, and had no idea where my next dollar would come from. It's crazy how much your life can change if you focus on just a few things: 1. becoming obsessed with leveling up your skills to the point where you are one of the best in your industry. 2. Making sure that the people you spend time around excel in some areas that you don't, so by proxy, you become better. Do not hang around people who are losing and refuse to do things differently (losers). 3. Being able to actually solve problems. The majority of people in the AI space don't know how to solve problems that people pay money for. To first be able to solve other people's problems, you must first solve your own problems. 4. Ignore the noise. People talk. People like to give opinions. Especially the people around you, your friends, your family, the people that you follow, the people that follow you, etc. Do not listen to anybody unless they have a life that you would trade them for. Do not listen to anybody unless it is something that makes sense and feels right. Do you, regardless. If you're right, you win. If you're wrong, you learn. Happy Saturday.

Congrats @Tyrin Barney
Focus is the secret ingredient
I spent the last two years building software nonstop. Sure I’ve been able to hit my first $10K a month providing AI ad services, but when it came to software, I never really got any traction. This is because I was trying to work on too many things at one time. Multiple different projects; for myself and clients alike. My focus was spread so thin that all the time invested was minuscule in comparison to what I would’ve accomplished if I just stuck with one thing. It’s so easy to start another project, but finishing one is where you actually start to make progress. Then continuing to improve that project is when the snowball effect happens. This is a lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way. And it’s a lesson I see a lot of very talented people learn the hard way.

So my first experience with Claude Code was not a true Claude Code experience. TBD...

@Tyrin Barney yeah, it was a strange research study for sure. Thanks for recording all the videos, I will have to check them out.
Open-sourcing a ton of systems
I've been working diligently to get things to a point where they are plug and play right out of the box. Instead of just a PDF document, you get a working application. Best part? It's $free.99. Happy Monday.

What wins did you have this week?
My social media pages are leveling up quick; this week especially has been killer. 📈 Over 1000 more followers on Facebook. 📈 Over 500 more followers on TikTok. 📈 Almost 100 more subscribers on YouTube. Consistent execution yields results.
