thats honestly pretty good. to get more you could focus on doing band assisted pullups regularly. aiming to do at least 6-8 reps a set would defo be good

New course
I'm currently in the process of making some new courses such as a progression from beginner to more advanced techniques. I'm also redoing the strength training one and also making a guide to nutrition for rock climbers. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or something that they would want to see.
