How to improve speed and tonality
Hi guys, I use Vapi with a single prompt agent. I would like to implement that certain parts of the script are spoken faster or with a different tonality. I tried to do it like this: [NOTE: SPEAK FASTER] ...Skript... [NOTE: STOP SPEAKING FASTER] But that didn't work. How do you handle this? Thanks!

Can Vapi use Tools on its own?
Hi guys, is it possible to say Vapi that he should run the tool "Booking" whenever the client agreed on a date? I tried it with: "#Run the tool 'Booking' whenever you and the client agree on a date. (put this line before the #example step) I know I can put the function call in the example script, but my example scripts covers a lot of objection handling and I would like to make sure that the appointment gets booked even if the conversation goes through 10 objections. Thanks for your help!

@Natalie Robyn thanks for your answer! Where can I set up those conditions? Tried to find them in the functions tab of the assistant and in the tools tab but wasn't able to find them

Hi @Natalie Robyn, tried so. Also contacted Vapi support, but no answer yet. Could you please tell me where I can find those triggers you spoke about?
