Having coffee with an old Army buddy
Today I had coffee with one of my old supply Sergeants. He is a great guy and done very well with government contracting after he retired. It was awesome to catch up and see what he is up to. Now that he is doing well financially, he may be looking for alternative investment options, which is why our mutual friend suggested we meet. Just a reminder that @Hal Fischer would say; you probably already have the network you need to be successful. You just need to learn how to tap into it.

Self storage!!! David, we have just started a nonprofit for our solar platform. I have locked in the necessary patents. Self storage with dual application is a great feature for high ROI and lower cost to build. Let's talk. [email protected].
Upgrades Coming:
Hi community, I want to let you know that this community started as a resource for veteran entrepreneurs. Courses were created as needed to serve the needs of the community. Due to that, it is in need of an upgrade and reorganization. You will see changes that will make the content seem much more organized. You will also see more education and training resources from other industry professionals. Get ready, things are going to get fun.

David, I would like to discuss expanding your community especially for women veterans. I had discussed my (BIPV) true solar building system and patent last year. Since, I have two more provisionals for an all-solar building system. I would like to go viral globally and promote with women veterans to do the soft costs and for veterans to do the hard building for any structure using AI. Can we talk through email? I am a veteran handicapped, a general contractor and developer in Calif. I think this would expand within each state very fast especially for affordable housing. We can prove it does not pay to rent and our home is designed to last a century. Let's the veterans do the work-great careers. Please let me know of your interest. Thanks, Daniel Courselle [email protected]
Are you a disabled veteran?
We just launched a cohort for people interested in using the VR&E Self-Employment track to help pay start-up costs for your business. This is a VA program and you may be eligible. There are others on in this community who have received funding to purchase equipment, software, tools, inventory, etc.... They will not buy a vehicle, give cash for operating capital, or buy property/pay rent. If you are interested, reply "Interested" in the comments and you will be invited to the private cohort where you can learn more about it.

Women Veterans
Thanks David. I started with you recently and am now getting time to pass an idea past you and to women veterans. I want to see a veteran woman owned 501(C)3 for real estate and construction national organization specializing in green energy. Specifically, I can license patents for all solar constructed houses, built for a century and able to pay for itself. One can't afford to rent and accumulate any assets over time. The women organization could design, engineer, map developments and prepare for recording into IT (this has to be done) of all size projects. These are soft costs and in Calif. they add up to over 40% of the actual cost to build. That is not low-cost housing for the average worker. With our (BIPV) (also, a first) method of all solar and construction savings we can accomplish this. Veteran equity owned construction companies in local communities could handle the hard cost, O&M for the life of the structure while creating excellent careers and owning a piece of the action-even Roth IRA using their own labor could be had. How many jobs could affordable housing be utilized over a year period? Especially by veterans working together? I am a long-time general contractor and developer in Calif. and Ariz. and am patenting several green energy products that will change a lot of the way we build today. Why not it be by veterans as a way of saying "thanks for your service" to those who have earned it and as a way of example for future patriots to follow. This is a long way of saying, I am looking for founder level women to take the lead for a growing organization I think could garner many sponsors in support. I can help to the best of my ability but at 93 I still want a little time to go fishing and continue patenting globally. Also, is there an organization that could set up something like this? Thanks again, David.

Thank you ladies for your interest. I am exploring the best way to handle these patents as they all work in a circle and complement each other. I don't want to foul things up for the good of our founding company. It looks like we start with a nonprofit with GoFundMe Pro. to get the funds to go global with the additional patents, then incorporate the women veteran organization and any global partners interested. What we need are people for grant writing and sponsors for the first entity. It will explode from there and we want to be ready. Funds are necessary to secure the patents globally. All this has to happen at one time and gets very costly. Please use my email: [email protected]. There is so much for you to be informed and I want all involved to have a piece of this history--building houses to last a century paying for itself with green energy. There's more to it than that with Veteran women, mothers, family and future patriots, also AI has to be involved. We need people to invest time with sweat and hopefully tears. We want to have fun doing this for our fellow man & woman & child.
Invite to connect on LinkedIn
I've spent over a decade building my LinkedIn community. I am very selective to who I let in. Typically, turning down 9 out of 10 requests from people that want to connect. This is because I want to have a people of value, mainly, entrepreneurs, veterans, and supply chain specialists. I'm offering people here the chance to connect with me so I can help make introductions to people who may be valuable to you. I truly just love helping people. https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidjones214/ If you reach out, just let me know you are from the Skool platform.

Thanks David. We have to treat the veteran by helping him or her with a career in our green energy program. This takes time and patience.
