I am staying at Maestro
Well after a lot of consideration I have decided to stay with Maestro and get my ASSOCIATES in Ai Software Engineering. This was my goal from the beginning and none of the other schools that were in the teach out plan offered a Ai course anyway so after going over everything and Maestro sent me my new schedule I have decided to stay. In all honesty I never wanted to leave I like the teaching structure I like everything about the academic part of Maestro. I love my peers. So here I am I am scheduled to graduate by June 7, 2027 sooner if I finish sooner. I am HAPPY!!

I am as well and with the stacked schedule I should be done next may I will take my associates as well and do something with it. Im busy working at Parker Aerospace so I hope i can move into the engineering side.
So what now?
Now that the school Is no longer accredited, do we just keep learning - knowledge can’t be extracted from us 🤷🏽‍♀️ or do we give up and unenroll? I’ll just wait for further information from Maestro, they have to say something at some point. 🤔
So what now?

Two more weeks for me and I will have finished the first year and then break July 27th to Aug 2. If they brick the laptop i will do what i have in the past with apple bricks. Scrub the operating system and install Linux. In the meantime I will continue until they fix their mess or shutter the doors. If you stick it out until they shut down then grants will be reset and loans are forgiven. If you bail early they do not reset. So continue with your work and see what happens. Take what you have learned and look for certificates you can get.

Anyone saw this? https://www.reddit.com/r/MaestroMaybes/s/JHQ6JExNVL I am not saying I believe it’s true or anything, I just want to know what yall think. I remember ITT TECH back in the day I almost enrolled there.

I see it as I will get back what I put into it. I am making the effort and will continue with it even if it all goes south. I have my coding workbooks and I even joined AWS just to collect some certificates if I have to go that road. I also saw over on that page one of the people that was interviewed said that the author took their story and twisted it to the negative and they called it out. Who really knows honestly but I will keep doing the work and pushing to the end.
🧠 AI Reality Check:
A single ChatGPT response uses roughly 10x the electricity of a Google search. Training GPT-4 reportedly cost over $100 million and used enough energy to power a small city for weeks. You're using one of the most expensive pieces of technology in human history — for free — to learn, build, and earn. If you're not using AI daily, you're leaving free leverage on the table. What's ONE task you're going to delegate to AI this week? 👇

I have been considering building a cluster using old laptops I can pick up cheep. To put together a local AI to run at home. I have 3D printers so I can make the parts to build the cluster. There is a scrap shop here that has a 10 foot shelf of retired IBM laptops 5 or 6 deep. I will build a Frankenstine AI. 😄
Note program
I am serious about note taking and asking Mae for good notes every lesson. If anyone needs any notes you can always go back to lessons and ask for them. I am also here if anyone would like to get notes. I also add in any code I write in the editor and cheat sheets.
