Ever feel like you’re juggling multiple items while playing different instruments, all while two kids fight over who gets to be closest to you? It’s like spinning multiple plates and none of them are getting the attention they deserve. As a parent homeschooling six kids, aged 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, managing my workflow has been a huge challenge. From the "terrible twos" to my 12-year-old glued to Roblox, it’s a constant juggling act. To tackle this, I adopted a prioritization strategy that made a significant difference: 1. List Everything: Make a comprehensive list of all tasks. 2. Prioritize: Rank tasks based on deadlines, importance, and impact. 3. Time Blocking: Allocate 15-minute time blocks, four times a day, for each task. This ensures focused work without distractions. Total Tasks: Realistically, I manage 5 tasks per day, resulting in a total of 300 minutes (5 hours) of focused work per person each day. 4. Regular Breaks: Schedule breaks to maintain focus and prevent burnout. Here’s a detailed daily to-do list for a family of eight, broken down into 15-minute time blocks: Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) 1. Breakfast Preparation (8:00 AM - 8:15 AM) 2.
