Yesterday i attended a Reiki Share Day and it was really good chatting with like minded people and finding out more information about local activities. I felt guided to send distant healing to several people, there were photo's to choose from, i visualised them in my mind, saying their name and allowing the energy to flow to them, my hands were very warm and tingling. I also used the distant healing symbol Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. Each healing felt so different and i was fascinated how i was intuitively guided to the area's where healing was needed. Last night i received feedback from 2 people saying thankyou and they both said that they felt the energy from the healing and they felt alot better. I also did a full Reiki treatment on a lady called Anja from Germany. The energy in my hands was incredible and the sensations flowing through me were calming and peaceful. As i placed my hands around her crown area her hair started to move, statically tickling my right hand.😃 The energy felt heavy, i was guided to use the Cho Ku Rei symbol, i saw it clearly in my mind's eye. Around her heart chakra felt tight, like she was needing to release something, i could sense her emotions and i was guided to use the Sei He Ki symbol, again i saw it clearly in my mind's eye. As i moved down her body i could feel when it was time to move to the next position. When i placed my hands around her Root Chakra the energy was so strong! I was also guided to her right knee, the heat in my hands was really hot. Afterwards she thanked me and said she felt she had received a wonderful healing. She told me she was thinking about her friend who had transitioned recently which is probably why i felt strong emotion around her heart and solar plexus area. She said she has arthritis in her right knee but the pain had eased after the healing. She hugged me and said the healing was great and she felt so much more relaxed. She asked if we could keep intouch, i said yes, she is going back to Germany on Sunday. 😃

My cousin was having some pain in the front of her ear and pain in her neck so I told her I would send her some Reiki before I went to bed. It was just about 11pm when I finished with the laundry and started sending my cousin Reiki. I cupped my hands and visualized her ear and neck, I concentrated on that area sending green and gold energy to her saying the symbols in my head as I visualized green light flowing from my hands to her ear and to her neck turning to gold glistening energy. I could feel my head tingling and it felt like a hand was on my head as I had called in my spirit team, her spirit team, the angels and Archangels, Jesus, Dr Ursi, and Ken too. As I was giving healing I was receiving healing too. When I spoke with her tonight she told me she finally got some relief last night about 11pm, the pain suddenly stopped and she was able to go to sleep and she hasn't had any pain since. She said what I did worked.

The other evening I wanted to refresh my knowledge of hand placement for self Reiki, so I found the May 31 attunement video here in the classroom. I jumped to the 55:28 minute mark and listened to Pam giving us the attunement and symbols. Not the part of the video I wanted but obviously the part I was meant to hear again! I’ve noticed that since rewatching it, I have frequently felt stronger heating of my hands and even heat like a full body hot flash while giving myself Reiki. So it really amped up my connection with the energy, whereas before rewatching I rarely felt much of anything when healing myself. That’s a powerful attunement! I’m going to watch that entire session again very soon because there was so much good info really lovingly presented by Pam. I am looking forward to the Level 2 attunement!
