How do you guys balance out your studies and SAT? And if I want to get a 1500 in September next year then what should I do daily? (Example: How many practice questions? etc)

I am in Grade 10 and I wonder if the goal of reaching 1330 within this year is unrealistic? I see some other people who have been here for longer and am confused on whether or not my goal is attainable at grade 10? Please give me some guidance on this.
