Hi everyone, Been stuck at 25k/mo in my agency. Not adding more clients is an issue. Looking to learn what to do to grow my agency and get to 250k/month in MRR. Only way to do that is to have a small team amplified with AI and systems.

@Jess thanks for the invite. I have a vision for my agency; $250k/month in recurring rev - the whole business is run on systems, processes, AI, automations so it can be run lean by a small team of seasoned professionals. I look forward to discovering all the things I need to get there.
