Hey Guys, has anyone done any work in the medical space? I'm in the process of working with a team of medical consultants to offer lead reactivation, AI chatbot, & voice. We don't have a case study yet but it we're being pressed to provide one. They're also asking for process and our workflow. I don't know whether they're phishing so just trying to provide enough detail to land the client without showing our hand. Love to get some insight from peeps. I'll also likely need some resources, although got a great dev from this group too.
