Know your worth 💰
Junk removal taught me real quick that being busy doesn’t always mean being profitable. You can run 8 jobs in a day and still make less than someone who did 3 well-priced ones close together. A packed schedule looks good until you realize half the day was driving and dump runs. That’s why Its important to know your numbers & more importantly know your worth 🧠

Junk job completed
Originally quoted 100. Told him after I started that I gotta raise the rate he was fine with it. Negotiated a price, matched what someone else agreed to but $50 more than that price. Wanted it gone today easy 500 profit

@Logan Carnes I’m in the process of ramping up to that. I’m waiting until I don’t have time for work until then. I picture this summer being the time period for me. Garage cleanout on a Sunday took 2 hours (2 loads) The alley cleanouts took 20-30 min each different days, on my lunch and first thing after work
