Awesome, thanks for joining - I'll be posting some strength workouts this weekend (I think you have the first one already), and eventually will have a full Kettlebell Shadowboxing course.

@Zeb Duggan when you say "develop balance" do you mean balancing all the work, or actual balance so you don't fall down!? 🤣

Your Program??
Since a big part of this community is to focus on Strenth and Conditioning, I thought I'd see what you're all working on! For me personally my main focus is Strength based power lifting with some O-lifts and Ballistic training to maintain (at least) some explosive/speed strength. What are you working on, and what kind of program do you follow?

@Justin Pfeifer I really think it can be. A few solid set of basic lifts, with maybe some training for fast twitch x (think explosive) can go a long way!
