Recruit Ready Fitness is a community where Aspiring & Current Serving Military, Police and First Responders get ongoing help from me & my team to improve their muscular & cardiovascular endurance, create healthy habits and a disciplined approach to their training & nutrition, and ultimately set themselves up for success within their career. Hi, I'm Dan sometimes called "Richter" or Trainer dan. I am from Millville NJ I am a sports first responder so take care of trauma for sports events full time at a area high school. I also do some part time personal training. I have many friends who are police and military and often wish I had done either of them. I have the utmost respect for both and help currently with injuries and such. My strengths are I like to help people my weakness I don't always help myself. For fun hang out with family enjoy fitness, I am a coffee fanatic, and want to be a cowboy! In the community hope to network with some awesome people and help them as well as help myself! I signed up because I am a constant learner and from the looks of it can learn from many! Thanks for including me in the group!
