Has anyone hired a third party to develop an email list to market your Virtual Tour services to potential customers?

Hi everyone. I have been using Matterport for 3-4 years now. I own a Pro 3 and I’ve recently taught myself how to utilize my Insta360 x3 along with PTGui and Adobe Photoshop in order to produce virtual tours with CloudPano. I’m ready to walk in the door of a small business and sell my first tour but my only hold up is trying to “upsell” the client into paying a hosting fee. I understand data isn’t free. But I really have to believe in something before I can sell it. I’ve been watching a lot of Zach’s videos but I just cant get there. Thanks for any help out there!

A very enticing part of selling virtual tours is the possible residual income that can be generated through hosting fees. When selling to small businesses in my local area, most of them are hesitant to sign on for anything that requires a monthly fee... next time you present hosting fees, frame it as a yearly fee. If you want to break it down a bit, offer quarterly fees. One lump sum payment sounds better/easier for a business owner than having to pay every month.
