Why your "Saved Leads" list is a graveyard.
Whassup? I was looking at my CRM today and noticed something that made me a bit sick to my stomach. I had 45 "Motivated Sellers" that I’d scraped last month. People I knew were in trouble. I looked at their addresses on Zillow today. 12 of them are already PENDING. I never got the deal. Why? Because I was so busy scraping the next 50 leads that I forgot to "cast my line" at the ones I already had. That’s the "Wholesale Rollercoaster." We spend 90% of our time "Hunting" and 10% of our time "Closing." It should be the other way around. It reminds me of when I used to help my Pappy stack wood. If we just threw the logs in a pile, they’d rot. We had to stack them for them to be useful. Most of us have a "Rotting Lead Pile." We find them, we message them once, they don't reply, and we let the deal rot while someone else swoops in and stacks the cash. I realized I needed to "Divorce" my time from the follow-up. I built a little "Full-Stack Sales Engine" that does the "Stacking" for me. It scrapes the lead, then it automatically emails and follows up until they are ready to talk. No more "Zillow Blur" at 3:00 PM. I’m not selling anything here. I’m just curious—does anyone else feel like they’re "losing deals to the clock"? Or is it just me?
