@Corey Shorte she literally just said she wants to get back together with me, but to maintain a long distance relationship. I said no. That was hard, but I think I made the right decision. In the meantime I am listening to podcasts at work, studying politics, and ancient history, physics, and the like. When I'm working (Im a housekeeper at a hotel), Ive been putting full effort into getting up and down, and tightening my arms and shoulders when making beds. It's not much in one room, but I make about 20 beds a day. Each bed has 4 layers, so that's a lot of arm raises.. ive been eating high protein in the morning, drinking lots of water, and read a little everyday.
